Time of use Periods for Larger Commercial and Industrial Customers
If your business operations allow you to shift your on-peak usage to mid-peak or off-peak hours, we encourage you to do so and take advantage of Time of Use rates.

Notice: In order to participate in this TOU Rate program, you must allow NV Energy access to your electric meter. Participation, however, is not guaranteed – you must be pre-qualified.

All other commercial rate class customers, please refer to our commercial rate schedule for an explanation of the Time of Use rates applicable to your business.
By using the form below and pressing submit, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the program's conditions and are applying for the optional, Annual TOU Rate.
- The TOU Rate will become effective on the next full billing cycle after the TOU meter is installed and stay in effect for twelve months.
- NV Energy requires full physical access monthly to this TOU meter.
- All NV Energy rates are subject to change by the Nevada Public Utility Commission.
- NV Energy is authorized to release billing and load information to agents of NV Energy Company for the sole purpose of providing services relating to the TOU Rate program.
